GuyRule # 262.1: Eliminate Buddy Competition

Sub Rules:

262.0 If you and a buddy are in a bar together and a girl you like and know makes her aquaintance you usually take the necassary steps to eliminate any immediate competition (your buddy) and move in for solitary conversation. First, do not introduce your buddy and secondly, interject yourself between him and the target. This move employs the out-of-sight out-of-mind (works great on women) theory and significantly reduces the competition fator. If your buddy doesn't like that treatment then you weren't really close friends or you can deal with his tired-ass later. My dispute to Rule 262.0 is this: when you meet a girl you don't like then introduce her to your buddy and while she's talking with him--make your escape! -Mark WP & G voted:
