A lot of guys pick teams by having captains who trade off picking players from a big group. If you are one of the captains, the guy rule is that the first player you pick is the most uncoordinated wimp of the whole lot. This passes on self-esteem to the wimp, who usually is picked last, and shows your opponent that you are so good that you don't care who is on your team because you'll still win. This way you also have an unspoken excuse if you lose, and extra props if you win. If your opponent violates this rule and immediately goes for the most deadly team possible, the only choice you have left is to get your entire doomed team shitface drunk. -anonymous
