It is only allowed to shake another man's hand. Hugs must only be done while drunk and only with 1 hand around the other guy. The other hand must be engaged in a handshake. The hand on the back must give 2-3 manly slaps then break the hug off.
This rule can be broken if the man suffered a big loss. ie. Dog died. -Steve WP & G voted:
