Never under andy circumstance should you open a beer until the previous one is completely finished. If you lost track of your beer it is your duty as a Guy to track it down and finish it before opening a new one. Nothing is worse than cleaning up the day after a party and finding Harry Simons (unfinished beers) all over the place, especially if you ran out the night before. Harry Simon broke this rule without mercy, earning the dishonor of the term.
