Sub Rules:

465.1 It's okay to moon if you meet at least 2 of the following criteria: 1. at least 2 witnesses; 2. full daylight (shows more guts); 3. tan line stops at the waist; 4. friend judges you to be sober and of sound mind; 5. victim has no chance of returning volley. It is NOT acceptable to moon if any of the following criteria exist: 1. No tan line (real guys have white asses); 2. Children are not within viewing area (we're guys, not jerks); 3. Any chance that victim can retaliate; 4. Current girlfriend in vicinity (ex-girlfriends don't count-- moon them). -james WP & G voted:
